What do the Rho Ep Chi O's do With a Week Off?

Updated: Mar 22

You could spot Rho Ep’s all around the globe this spring break. Members of the TCU Chi Omega chapter used the week off of school to explore new places, reset, learn, and pursue passions.

Frances Purgerson, a sophomore member of our chapter, took on the Big Apple with the Neeley School Of Business Fellowship Program. She, along with a few other Rho Eps visited 9 different companies in NYC. When explaining the benefits of the trip, Frances said, “I was able to hear advice from different TCU alums, dive into a look at different work environments, and create countless memories with everyone on the trip during our time in the city!”

Juniors Clara Brown and Izzy Gunderson broaden their horizons in Mexico City over the break. The duo was able to learn about a new culture and enjoy the beauty of the city. When asked about the trip, Clara stated that her favorite part was “getting to bike around all of the different neighborhoods. Each one was so unique and had its own charm!”.

Freshmen Chi O’s grew closer than ever at 30A this past week. Their vacation included lots of fun in the sun, dinner parties, and sweet treat runs. According to Keller Williamson, the trip was "amazing, and being able to share these things with my sisters in Chi Omega made the trip even sweeter".

Now TCU Chi Omega is ready to enjoy the last half of the semester!
